Advising on proposed bank-to-bank financing scheme using UAE-based collateral structure involving Abu Dhabi-based Islamic bank and Saudi bank counterpart.

Advising Singapore law firm regarding high profile metals fraud case involving litigation between a Singapore warehousing company and a Swiss bank.

Expert Witness in high profile commodity fraud trial in the English High Court between a Czech bank and an Austrian/UK/Czech trading conglomerate. 

Insurance Sector

Design and development of weather risk insurance project for Turkish commodity producers, under contract from a UK insurance broking firm and its Turkish subsidiary. 

Government & Donor Sector 

Advising on the development of an ECOWAS Commodity Marketing System/Commodity Exchange (West Africa) for the African Union and an intergovenmental aid agency based in the Netherlands. 

Advising a multilateral financing institution based in Washington DC on linking supply chain activities in the commodities sector with price risk management in East Africa.

Advising on collateralised finance system in Southern Africa for the UK government.

Project manager of successful $4 million aid-and-loan project to develop commodity warehousing and bank finance for farmers in Russia, under direct contract for an intergovernmental agency based in the Netherlands.
